Kew Gardens, based in Richmond, houses the largest and most diverse botanical and fungi collections in the world. Founded in 1840, its living collections include more than 30,000 different kinds of plants, while the herbarium, which is one of the largest in the world, has over seven million preserved plant specimens. The library contains more than 750,000 volumes, and the illustrations collection contains more than 175,000 prints and drawings of plants. Buckingham based Martin & Susie will be at The Garden Centre on Saturdays, Sundays & Wednesdays with their colourful stall laden with delicious fresh fruit and vegetables. Their knowledge of varieties ensures that they always have the tastiest fresh fruit and vegetables available and any Garden Club member will be offered a 10% discount for spends of over £10 on Wednesdays. For speed and convenience they will offer a box scheme for collection from the Garden Centre.
