We are looking for an

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

with enthusiasm and a passion for all things gardening to join the friendly team at our popular, family-run, independent business.

The position involves working within the plant information office and merchandising of our extensive range of indoor plants. The ideal candidate will have reasonable plant knowledge, an interest in gardening and excellent customer service and communication skills. Also needed are good computer skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Retail experience in a garden centre or similar environment would be beneficial.

The job involves administrative support as well as providing an informative and efficient service to customers regarding plant advice. Taking customer orders and producing labels and point of sale signage.

Full Training will be given on our mail order system.

Full time position with alternate weekends.

64hrs per fortnight based on a 5 day followed by a 3 day week
