We are looking to recruit an


The role covers a wide range of administrative work including processing orders, taking orders and queries over the phone and answering customer queries by email.

This role requires attention to detail and accuracy, basic computer fluency, the ability to work under pressure and to work well in a team.  It also involves working closely with the despatch team and plant buyer, and liaising with couriers to ensure parcels are delivered correctly.

A love and knowledge of gardening would be beneficial to this position.

Full time (40 hours/week), Mon-Fri.  May include some Saturdays from November to early April.

Immediate start.
