• I understand that should I cancel the booking I am not entitled to any refunds for all or part of the booking.

• Please note the booking is transferable but it will incur a £5 administration fee to complete the process and this will be payable at the point of transfer.

• We reserve the right to cancel or change the visit date/time but Buckingham Garden Centre will give at least 7 days' notice to the customer should this situation arise. However, certain garden venues and Royal Palaces are subject to change at short notice as these are working estates. In this instance we would be offered a different date and time as part of their Terms & Conditions, and in this situation we would advise our customers as quickly as possible of the new details as they become available.
