They take pride in sourcing their meat from local independent farms, knowing they can provide them with high quality Free Range Pork, Grass Fed Beef & Lamb. All their Wild Venison is ethically sourced.
Chiltern Charcuterie love to experiment with new recipes and develop their ideas to bring a special quality & flavour to their Charcuterie.
They supply a number of customers, including local Farm Shops, Pubs, Restaurants, Wine Bars & Butchers.
We are very pleased to announce that we now stock Chiltern Charcuterie products in our Food Hall. These can be found in our chiller cabinet alongside cheeses, pies and also favourite products from our own kitchen like quiches and sausage rolls.
