This cheese is a wonderful mature cheddar which has been rolled in hops, the hops being sourced directly from Hop yards established by the Great Aunt of Nick Hodgetts, their managing director. The truckles are rolled in freshly baked and crushed hops which give this multi-award winning cheese its unique flavour. This 'all-round' beauty has been winning prizes for Croome Cuisine for 25 years.

This cheese is a stunning rich, creamy and crunchy mature cheddar.  Its extra maturity is defined naturally by the crunchy lactic crystals which gives it a mellow yet crunchy texture.  This great cheese is great as an accompaniment or on its own.

This mature cheddar with a premium British ale brewed less than 30 miles away from Whittington, Hobsons Real Ale. The ale is brewed with local barley and Worcestershire hops.  The cheese has traditional crunchy wholegrain mustard which, together with the ale make a wonderful crunchy and boozy combination!

This cheese is a real favourite and is a consistent best seller.  The shallots are steeped in Worcestershire's local iconic sauce then carefully blended to create the mouth-watering, crunchy and tangy flavour which make it so popular.

What could be better than to incorporate your own honey when creating a sensational cheese, and this is what has been done.  To this is also added chopped figs thus creating an amazing moreish flavour - a sweet and crunchy sensation which any mouth will adore!

The apples for this deliciously sweet yet crisp cheese are steeped overnight in Westons 'Old Rosie' Cider, a cider brewed about 25 miles away in Herefordshire. The flavour in infused into this mature, mellow cheese which is an all round winner having a number of awards including 'Cow's milk cheese with sweet additive' at the Royal Three Counties Cheese and Dairy Produce competition in 2012, 2014 & 2015.

This cheese has a delicious combination of sweet Black Berries, Cranberries and Apple mingled into the mature, mellow cheddar.  This best selling sweet cheese is a stunning addition to any cheeseboard, not only tasting sensational but with its deep burgundy wax it looks great too.
