We are a family run garden centre that is well known nationally as a specialist for bare rooted hedging plants and young trees. The Garden Centre always has a good selection of shrubs and plants which are not commonly found elsewhere, together with a wide range of the more commonly sought after plants. Established for over 50 years, the Garden Centre has recently been redeveloped to a high standard. Our shop contains the largest selection of seeds and bulbs for miles around, together with garden chemicals, tools, garden furniture and many other goods. Outside we stock peat-based and peat-free composts, paving, fencing, timber decking, garden buildings and greenhouses, and a large range of pots, statues and garden ornaments. Our aquatics centre has a good reputation for their excellent quality tropical, marine and cold water fish. The Gardeners' Retreat, our coffee shop/restaurant, serves fresh home cooked food and is an excellent way to round off any visit to the Garden Centre.
Welcome to our new section on the Buckingham Garden Centre website.
We have called this section ‘BE INSPIRED’. The idea of this section is to give you some ideas what you can do with your own gardens. We will include galleries of Garden Club visits when our Garden Club members join us on visits to such places as the Buckingham Palace Gardens, Saville Gardens and Frogmore House, Steane Park and other places you may have seen our Garden Club members have the chance to visit. We will also include any visits our staff make to growers and trade shows, for example Ball Colgrave Trial Grounds in Adderbury for examples. Our staff will also be armed with their cameras whenever they are out and about visiting gardens.
If you have any lovely photos of properties that you wish to share with others, please contact us HERE and we will be delighted to share your photos with others.
We want you to BE INSPIRED by what other people create and use the ideas in your own gardens, even if on not such a grand scale. If you see a plant in a photo you really like, chances are we stock it at the Garden Centre. If we don’t, our PLANT INFORMATION TEAM can almost certainly source the plant for you.
